Setting my buyers up for a successful purchase starts well before we tour our first property together. Before we meet, we’ll dive deep into your goals, desires, and current financial circumstances to ensure we are clear on your purchasing power before shopping the market.
I help my clients select properties that fit their needs, timeline and budget, providing them access to properties that match their criteria by sharing listings available off-market as well as on the MLS.
We enjoy helping clients create an itinerary and touring properties with them. In certain circumstances, we provide virtual tours when clients are unable to see a property that interests them.
Our team will keep you up-to-date with recent sales activity in your desired areas so you can understand property values and market trends as a buyer in this current market. Our goal is to help each buyer make fair and reasonable offers for property that meet their requirements.
We are committed to guiding our clients through the process of property inspections. We offer assistance in scheduling inspections, understanding their outcomes, and linking clients with local experts to ensure all their inspection needs are efficiently and professionally addressed with regards to property due diligence.
